There are beautiful views over our own land and the valley beyond from all sides of the spacious, bright and comfortable open plan living/dining room.
UK satellite TV is available, you may wish to bring your own Sky card but premium channels will not be available, unless you were to bring your own box.
There is a DVD player, CD/MP3 system and we have provided a selection of books and games.
ADSL Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with a full range of modern appliances, equipment and utensils, including a 4-way UK to French plug adapter (you can never have enough on holiday).
There is a cast iron log burner in the living room and electric heating to all rooms.
As well as cots, safety gates and highchairs are also available.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge but we do ask that you bring your own towels for swimming pool and outdoor use.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Our cats, chickens and cows have asked us to mention that the gîte is not suitable for any other pets.All bedrooms are very spacious and cots are also available.
The ground floor has a king size and twin bedroom, with a walk-in shower room.
On the first floor are two large double en-suite bedrooms, one with a bath and the other a shower.
