Accommodation description
One double, one twin room with space for us to put another bed if needed, upstairs bathroom with shower over, downstairs shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large open plan living, dining room with wood burning stove and sofa bed which sleeps 2. Patio doors to decking area with garden furniture and private rear garden. swimming pool, swings and table tennis. The local bar 1km away sells bread and other staple foods. We are located by the Nantes-Brest Canal ideal for walking, cycling and fishing, permits can be purchased at the bar. One well behaved dog welcome, we have a very friendly Breton Spaniel
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, we can put an extra bed in if needed, both rooms well fitted with wardrobes, chest of drawers reading lights, mirrors, one hairdryer is supplied.
There is also a cot available.
Bathrooms:
There is an upstairs bathroom with over bath shower and WC, downstairs there is a shower room with WC.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, gas cooker, toaster kettle and coffer maker. There is ample crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms:
Living / Dining roon with 3 sofas one of which is a sofa bed. TV (UK and French). DVD player and sound system.
Dining table seating 8 people, cabinet with ample glasses etc.
Books and games are supplied
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All bedding and towels are supplied and changed weekly. End of let cleaning is included.

Accessibility
There is one step up to the front door, one step from the dining room to the kitchen and downstairs shower room and WC and open tread stairs to the bedrooms.
Outside
Outside there is a private deck to the rear with garden furniture and a barbeque and large private garden which is fenced and secure for children and dogs. There is access to the 5 x 8 metres solar heated pool which is shared with the owners . The swings and table tennis are at the front of the cottage.
